Before and After….

I am in the middle of a massive photo-edit. Maybe my biggest yet, and I find that I am having trouble focusing, because I want to see it all right away, but life is interrupting and my attention span is scattered, so I keep jumping around. But so far, here are my two most favorite photos from Claudia and Leigh’s wedding in Surrey, England on June 21st.

And once again, the Rolleiflex wins again. I have hundreds of digital photos, but none inspire or evoke emotion like the soft glow of the Rollei photos. So stay tuned… there will be lots more to come, this is only the beginning and the end… I still have the whole middle to go.

  1. The 2nd sentimental, but the first, now that’s what I call a photograph, so many elements:
    The spray.
The look on the three girls faces looking for perfection.
    The clutter on the table.
And finally the bride taking a drag brings it down to earth with a thud.

  2. Great shot Paige.

I’m amazed that there wasn’t an explosion! I thought hair spray and a lit cigarette would be a recipe for disaster…but thankfully not!

  3. Hey Paige

Hope you’re doing well. Just wanted to say, the group shot and the photo of Claudia getting made up are AWESOME! really fantastic! I’m sure Photostitch or whatever it’s called helps, but it’s the images themselves that look great. Can’t wait to see the rest (no pressure at all, i’m just excited). Oh and the Photo Booth geniuses are my friend Phil and his fiancĂ© Ingvild. I’ve alerted them to your blog, and want to know just how they got that special look..!

It was great to see you again and we’re so glad you were able to do our wedding photos. Come back soon!
