This is awesome. My mother lives in Petaluma so I visit quite often — I grew up in Sebastopol and live in S.F. Once they’ve opened I will certainly pay the place a visit. A behind the scenes photo spread showing how they work might an interesting piece for the blog. Just a thought. 😉
